Firm Foundation
Founder, Sue Priest is an alumnus of the London Business School and was awarded a Distinction for her MBA in 2002. Her specialisms included strategic transformation, innovation and creativity, corporate turnarounds, and new business development. Her overseas consulting experience during this time were for Orlen in Poland and for De Beers in South Africa.
Quality
Whilst working for Fujitsu, Sue delivered complex overseas projects to the ISO9001 quality standard, and understands how process and standards make for a better end result. Sue also implemented a rapid project management process which enabled these high standards to be idelivered without a large time overhead.
Ems2 demands high standards of its associates and suppliers to enable it to deliver excellence to its clients and give them the experience of a Big Six consultancy at a fraction of the cost.
